In celebration of Green Juice Day on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, two exclusive green drinks will be featured: “Super Juice” and the “Green Glow,” made with 100% local ingredients, prepared in-house, and served in reusable glass bottles.

As Bluetree Café provides food and beverage options to support a healthier lifestyle, each green juice comes with remedial benefits. The “Green Glow” contains spinach, kale, cucumber, parsley, lemon, and ginger juice to alkalize the body and boost energy. The “Super Juice” is packed with vitamins K and B6, Iron, and Calcium, made by blending ginger, kale, spinach, celery, pineapple, and green apple for those seeking to improve bone growth. Other juices at the cafe include The Perfect Start (cucumber, green apples, pineapple, mint) which helps with detoxification and hydration, and The Metabolize (celery, carrots, spinach, apple lemon-lime, cinnamon) which engages metabolic functions of the body and boosts immunity levels.
